Fixed compilation errors and managed to get date, time, and OS version. Still missing the path to the compiled file in the listing

Implemented commandline parsing on X64, so we no longer need the interface library. Now the compiler executable is fully 64 bit. Only thing missing, code generation for both X32 and X64
