Release v0.3.0: evidence integrity and reliable rendering

Summary

• upgrade the route schema, package, and CLI to v0.3.0
• verify source hashes and evidence locators, isolate inferred content, and block incomplete final renders by default
• reject unsupported layout/style IDs instead of silently falling back
• preserve every route node in horizontal and A4 layouts and make PPTX output deterministic
• add editable-output QA across PPTX, SVG, Draw.io, HTML, Markdown, JSON, Mermaid, Excalidraw, and Draw.io copy-code XML
• add trm ingest, portable multi-agent installers, migration guidance, refreshed examples, and a broader CI matrix
