The introspective half (captured from the Weft repo while the experience was fresh — three genuine follow-ups each resting on a premise false at write time) is finished with the concrete "What we shipped" treatment now that it has landed: the premise/verify reframe (fw-4.36.0 / cli-3.37.0, AIDEC-2026-07-18-001) and the title-fidelity fix (cli-3.36.2). draft → false; adds full es + zh-CN translations.
