Summary

Completes and publishes the #365 discovery-story blog post on straymark.dev. The introspective half was captured from the Weft repo while the experience was fresh (three genuine follow-ups, each resting on a premise that was false at write time — a comment believed, an analogy over-trusted, a mental model gone stale). Now that the treatment has shipped, the post is completed with a concrete "What we shipped" section and published.

Verification

  • npm run buildexit 0, zero broken-link warnings.
  • Renders in all three locales: build/blog/…, build/es/blog/…, build/zh-CN/blog/… all present.
  • Frontmatter validated (no ": " colon-space in title/description; draft: false across all three).
  • All version/PR/issue references point to tags/PRs that now exist.

Merging to main triggers the deploy-website.yml Pages pipeline.

Completes and publishes the #365 discovery-story post. The introspective half
(captured from the Weft repo while the experience was fresh — three genuine
follow-ups each resting on a premise false at write time) is finished with the
concrete "What we shipped" treatment now that it has landed: the premise/verify
reframe (fw-4.36.0 / cli-3.37.0, AIDEC-2026-07-18-001) and the title-fidelity
fix (cli-3.36.2). draft → false; adds full es + zh-CN translations.

Build verified clean (0 broken links); renders in all three locales
(build/{,,es/,zh-CN/}blog/what-the-follow-up-took-for-granted.html).
