This still requires to finish the modules_tests. Work can be followed from Ruby tests and continue with them one by one.
User API has been completely tested.
This is a major breaking PR and requires some more testing to be release ready.
The PR has moved towards the .NET instead of the .NET Framework, which means it is cross platform.
Testing has also been fixed to use Microsofts testing.
