PSDCalc

PSDCalc iterates through a list of fragments and calculates particle size distributions (PSD). In the real world, particle size measurement can vary widely depending on the tool or technique used, and digital approaches often face inconsistencies in data representation. To address this, PSDCalc introduces a novel approach using Equiv Volume Boxes (EVB) to approximate particle volumes and compute distributions. While this method may not be the most robust or precise, it provides a reasonable basis for comparison and analysis of PSD outputs, offering a practical framework for evaluating particle size datasets.
