Rearrange pom hierarchy for convenience.
The target platform is migrated to 2025-12. The Tycho build now also builds on the same target platform.
Fix product build, using native launchers. Generate config.ini and add correct customizations.

Fix Osgi Helper version. Artifact sources missing, so we are stuck with 8.8.8-SNAPSHOT for now.

Scale issue affecting diagram edges with windows scaling is fixed with: -Dswt.autoScale.updateOnRuntime=false Icon for mac and linux was missing.
Tycho 4.0.9+ required to build for mac. See eclipse-equinox/equinox#622 (comment)
