📋 Description
This PR fixes the issue where the footer on the Home page does not stick to the bottom of the screen on larger displays or tablets when the content is short. The layout has been updated to ensure the footer behaves consistently across all pages.

🧪 How Has This Been Tested?
Tested manually on various screen sizes including tablet and desktop resolutions. Verified that the footer now stays at the bottom of the viewport even when there is little content on the Home page.
