Fixes #<#211,#212>

1. Added edit transaction functionality in the Dashboard:

   • Clicking the ✏️ icon now opens the existing Add Transaction modal in edit mode with fields pre-filled.
   • Users can update a transaction and save changes without creating duplicates.

2. Enhanced homepage UI:

   • Added a hover effect that changes the cursor to a pointer for interactive elements, improving user experience and accessibility.

🧪 How Has This Been Tested?

• Edit Transaction:

  1. Added a new transaction.
  2. Clicked the edit (✏️) icon for an existing transaction.
  3. Modified title and amount, then saved.
  4. Verified that the transaction updates correctly in the list without duplication.

• Homepage Hover Effect:

  1. Hovered over interactive elements on the homepage.
  2. Confirmed cursor changes to pointer on hover.
