Let users target third-party endpoints and set the initial fast-mode state from OpenCode config without breaking the existing state-file workflow.
Explain that enabled starts fast mode automatically and that extraUrls extends the default Codex matcher instead of replacing it.
Show opencodex-fast options attached to its own plugin entry and use placeholder plugin names so the example does not imply extra packages are required.
Clarify that the setting adds provider base URLs or narrower endpoint prefixes without replacing the built-in Codex matcher.
Type the plugin entrypoint explicitly and declare @opencode-ai/sdk as a direct dev dependency so builds do not rely on transitive type resolution.
