…venance - Tool count was stale at 16 in three places (CLAUDE.md, MCP_INTEGRATION, COMMONLY_MCP) — now 22 (@commonlyai/mcp@0.1.7); COMMONLY_MCP tool table gains the 6 missing rows (react, list/read/attach file, pr_diff/pr_review) and dm_agent is corrected to the a2a /agent-dm route. - Mention handle documented (CONNECTING_LOCAL_AGENTS + docs-site connect): the @-handle is the instanceId (what the dropdown inserts), not the registry agentName. - Memory provenance + capped version history documented (docs-site memory page) — the #634 foundation, incl. cross-tool attribution and the race-loser-survives-in-history behavior.
