mcp.md links to ../../CHANGELOG.md (valid on GitHub, not a VitePress page), which failed `vitepress build`. CHANGELOG is the same repo-root-link category already allowed for README/CONTRIBUTING/SECURITY/LICENSE/CLA; add it so the site builds clean.
