The publication table said "✅ có (mirror)" for four models whose manifests carried a single upstream URL and an empty `mirror` list. The files exist here now — one release per model, tags `<id>-v1`, 11 files checked against the registry's sha256 after downloading from upstream and again after downloading back out of the release — so the table gains the column that says which tag, and a sentence about what it looked like before, because "we claimed a mirror we did not have" is the part worth not repeating. Whisper-tiny's licence is corrected to MIT while here, matching its manifest.

The table claimed
