The sample data contains a tab character before each phone number except for the first one, causing the data to be misaligned in the text box. I have remove these tab characters.
The
calculateGradeCountsfunction is defined twice in the same scope with the same function body and parameters. I've removed the second instance of this function, and left the one declared on line 521.
