While adding TelemetryDeck I noticed in Xcode 16.2, that `Add Package...` has been renamed to `Add Package Dependencies...`. Thus, I'm proposing to change that accordingly to make sure no one could get confused.

This PR updates the display name from "New Package..." to "New Package Dependencies...".
The original label "New Package" was potentially ambiguous, especially since recent versions (e.g., Xcode 16.1/16.2) have updated the menu naming.
I’m proposing this change to reflect the current terminology and ensure consistency, so everyone can follow along. 🙂
