Updates all dependencies to their latest versions with code modified as needed to support the new versions while removing some dependency quirks like `webpki`. Most notably setting up the endpoints is cleaner now which is an appreciated change.

Made sure the server and client works, but I'm mostly leaning on that I'm keeping the same implementation for other things like
mod downloadsand the master server working without change.I can't test mod downloading at this time since my compatdata directory is located in a different location (#118) which I hope to fix in a separate PR.For some reason I misunderstood how the server locates mods.Tested:
