These parts are for the addition of a strip of 3mm foam to be applied between the door and the frame for a nice seal.

The engagement of the foam is set at 2.75mm, so the foam should be squished .25mm when fully closed.

Version modifies the the panel clips to replace the factory bom top hinge with the fridge door one, this allows the top hat to be opened like normal with the door installed still.
You will need the two panel clips that have been modified for the hinges.

As an additional recommended option the top frame mounted hinge is designed to have a 5.5mm ball bearing installed. Just drop into the top before you install the bearing sleeve. This will make for a much smoother door hinge because the pin now rides vertically on the ball bearing.

If you want to make this a left swing just mirror the parts in your slicer.

Additional BOM

  • 1x 5.5mm ball bearing (optional)

I can't seem to open the f3d file --- I got this message but also just checked I am on the latest Fusion though.
Is it possible that the file is corrupted?

I believe the min version to open the F3D file should be Fusion 2.0.20754

Just redownloaded the file from git and was able to open the file on my pc, 2 versions were tested.
Fusion 2.0.21286 x86_64
Fusion 2.0.21508 x86_64

Also Tested a mac arm64 with 2 versions
Fusion 2.0.19994 arm64 (Doesn't work)
Fusion 2.0.21508 arm64 (works)

Ah ok! I am using the Linux wine port, which likely doesn't support the newest version yet? I'm going for alternative route, but thanks for the fast response!
