Adds the SOTA memory surface merged since 0.3.0: - memory.admin.reflect() — insight synthesis - memory.admin.prefetchRelated() — spreading-activation prefetch - context.batchBuild() — bulk context (<=500 subjects) - context.queryGraph() — point-in-time KG reads - 8 previously-unclassified RPCs (typed attributes, healthcare, behavior discovery) now covered. 47 RPCs, 42 covered.
