Add justfile release helpers and fix worker clippy warning

• add useful CLI and release helper commands to the justfile
• expose the new release and dist commands in help-commands
• fix the worker clippy similar_names warning so cargo clippy --all-targets -- -W clippy::pedantic -D warnings passes

• just --list
• just dist-plan v0.1.0
• cargo fmt --all -- --check
• cargo clippy --all-targets -- -W clippy::pedantic -D warnings
