Solves #2043
This is the 2nd PR which adds another migration guide: moving from
chainedto@PlanningListVariable.I have decided to write this out instead of implementing a OpenRewrite migration script because this change might require a rework of some of the constraints, which I don't think we can tackle with a migration script. Additionally, they might need to rethink their class structure to match their use case.
