Standardizor audit 2026-04-22 found deployed-contracts table listed SentinelRegistry but no source file in src/. Only ABIs present. Added parenthetical pointing readers to the ABI location and noting source is maintained in a separate operational repo.

Not in this PR: the chainlink-ccip version pin question (foundry.lock has commit hash not tagged release). Separate concern.

Standardizor audit 2026-04-22 flagged: README's deployed-contracts table
listed SentinelRegistry (Sepolia 0x35EFB15A...) but no source under src/.
Only ABIs present under workflows/*/contracts/abi/.

Added a parenthetical noting ABI location and that the contract source is
maintained in a separate operational repo. Future readers can wire up
workflow consumers from the ABI without needing to search for the source.

Not addressing: chainlink-ccip version 1.6.1 claim vs foundry.lock showing
only a commit hash. That's a lockfile-discipline question, separate PR if
Avi wants to pin with a tagged release.
