This PR adds Bazel configuration that works for me and this is just for the demo purposes. We shouldn't merge this PR as this PR contains the Remote Cache and Remote Execution configuration for my user. But, we will update this PR such that this configuration can be updated for anyone with remote cache and execution capabilities.
