Moved mock features to shared folder since its now being used in 2 places.
Added utils that were originally in ocaml Snippets file that are used by nmesh. https://github.com/nmag-project/nmag-src/blob/master/src/snippets.ml
This should be mostly in its final form
Added very initial nmesh.py file. I expect it to change a lot.
Added unit tests
