This PR "move" all EventSub specific EventArgs (and their required Models) from TwitchLib.EventSub.Webhooks and TwitchLib.EventSub.Websockets to TwitchLib.EventSub.Core.
I have already made a small test* where I reflected these changes into ES.Websocket and ES.Webhook and it works.
* I subscribed to
channel.chat.message / v1and all required properties had some value
