docs: Update getting started & comments pages

Summary

This PR updates the docs in 2 places:

Updates the comments docs to match the changes introduced in v0.43.0.

Updates install instructions in the getting started docs.

Rationale

We didn't get around to updating the comments docs before releasing 0.43.0, so we should update them ASAP.

The install instructions in the main getting started have been outdated for a while.
