Added the predicted basic POS tag from the CyTag POS tagger to the enhanced gold standard Welsh dataset. The reason for this is so that we can easily evaluate the Welsh PyMUSAS semantic tagger with predicted Lemma and now predicted POS tag which is closer to real world evaluation as we are using a predicted POS tag rather than a gold standard POS tag.
The process on how to generate this dataset has been documented within this pull request.
