Closes #347

Changes Made:

• Lazy Loading Component Architecture: Developed a reusable component wrapper (frontend/src/components/chat/LazyMedia.jsx) leveraging the native Web IntersectionObserver API.
• Viewport Boundary Interceptions: Gated outbound network requests for and attachment elements. Assets remain un-rendered as structural lightweight skeleton placeholders until the specific message frame approaches the active scrolling window layout parameters.
• Pre-fetch Buffer Optimization: Configured a proactive 200px root margin offset barrier to dynamically fetch assets immediately prior to visual boundary impact, maintaining a seamless, zero-lag rendering UX.
• Bandwidth Minimization: Greatly reduces initial timeline hydration sizes, cuts downstream network transport payloads, and frees browser main execution threads on mobile viewports loaded with deep historical media logs.
