every set needs to be a collection of one thing, so replace optical_mapping_set table with aligned_optical_mapping and aligned_optical_mapping_set
fix optical mapping tables
this allows us to check analyte_id even if rna_sample_type is missing. requires AnvilDataModels v0.8.0
