About Me

junior CS student at hacettepe university.

currently working on this cool project about generating new protein sequences with specific functions by using different cutting edge deep learning approaches at Hacettepe Bio Data Science Lab. i have even a poster that i presented in ISMB/ECCB 2025 Liverpool!

at the same time working with Prof. Adam Jatowt from University of Innsbruck Data Science Group. Trying to prepare a paper that focuses on testing QA capabilities of LLMs.
