Fixes: ATANI, DAGAM, LOKIM, URAPI LOKIM in the LOA is misspelled as 'LOKIN' UL695 for DAGAM UL695 ASI
Fixes picked due to relative proximity/airway proximity to Ascension & St Helena, and thus potential utility in having it defined.
Adjacent for Ascension & St Helena
Ascension Ops sector defined up to FL100 as Ascension CTR ends at FL100 (according to the LOA).
FHAW_A_APP covers FHAW_TWR top-down
As per LOA
Whilst no effect, described in LOA, and may be useful to see for St Helena.
North and North-East positions established.
Non-oceanic - oceanic is GOOC
Add missing AFRC_FSS controller ID Add missing second : to AFRC_FSS definition
Also defines Africa South Control for visibility. Whilst positions are not expected to be necessary, added to be useful.

According to the LIDO charts, there is no ops position, therefore, I believe we should simply update the LoA to reflect reality. |

I concur, however it seems that nobody particularly wants to take local ownership of Ascension, so it may be more hassle than it's worth. |
