parallelfox.vca from original VFPX repository is not proper version to parallelfox.vcx/.vct, so first create correct .vca with SourceSafe
This version waits up to 3 seconds for the COM server in RegFreeCOM-Mode, to resolve the error 0x80040154: Class not registered. Solves Issue: VFP becomes from the old RUN /n command the control faster back than the parallelfox.exe is ready as COM server. So the CreateObjectEx() will fail.

Solves Issue:
VFP becomes from the old RUN /n command the control faster back than the parallelfox.exe is ready as COM server. So the CreateObjectEx() will fail.
