- use gpt-5.4 as the OpenAI default for generated OpenSwarm projects - update the shared fallback and example model so Codex Auth users avoid unsupported gpt-5.2
- remove the old onboard.py flow that no current AgentSwarm launcher path triggers - stop packaging the deleted wizard and rename the bootstrap smoke test
