Adding support for the questaone simulator GUI (Comes with Questa Core/Prime/One releases). Very similar to the visualizer gui, but uses qopt and qsim instead of vopt and vsim. Adds correct optimisation arguments when calling for gui debug.
Can use qsim without the gui by setting debugger value with out the gui flag.
Added an explicit call to teardown the persistent tcl shell as the changes surfaced a hidden race condition inside the cleanup after the
sys.exit(0)call which caused python to hang while waiting for the persistent tcl shell to end.
