UDIS86 adaptation to build with Delphi. Delphi code based on work by Do-wan Kim.

UDIS86 version 1.7.2 is used.

Borland C++ 5.5 is required if you want to rebuild object files. Delphi 5 used to build the library.

Some changes: Additions to UDIS86 to ease up struct & and memory managment. Added XDecodeBuffer & XDecodeBuffer2 functions. Added TDisInstruction to make it more OO.
