ORBISTIUM

ORBISTIUM is the canonical world-state repository for the Verifrax system.

ORBISTIUM is the Verifrax canonical world-state boundary: the public surface that defines what becomes canonical state in-system without becoming constitutional law, sovereign cognition, reconciliation, execution, or verification.

Status

Active public sovereign boundary with an explicit canonical world-state role inside the Verifrax stack.

Boundary

This repository owns canonical world-state only.

Canonical world-state here means the bounded system surface where a state becomes canonical as state-of-record for the ORBISTIUM boundary.

It does not author constitutional law. ORBISTIUM does not define constitutional law. It does not perform sovereign cognition. It does not perform reconciliation or repair. It does not execute. It does not verify. It does not issue authority-of-record. It does not publish proof as proof authority. It does not operate intake. It does not replace adjacent sovereign boundaries.

What it does

  • defines the public canonical world-state surface of ORBISTIUM
  • states what canonical state means inside the Verifrax system
  • preserves state-of-record language as a bounded sovereign function
  • provides a clean state boundary for adjacent repositories and public readers
  • anchors what counts as canonical here versus what merely points at canonical state

What it does not do

  • not constitutional doctrine; that belongs to SYNTAGMARIUM
  • not sovereign cognition; that belongs to TACHYRIUM
  • not reconciliation or repair; that belongs to CONSONORIUM
  • not authority issuance; that belongs to AUCTORISEAL
  • not governed execution; that belongs to CORPIFORM
  • not enforcement boundary; that belongs to cicullis
  • not public verification; that belongs to VERIFRAX-verify
  • not proof publication; that belongs to proof
  • not intake; that belongs to apply
  • not terminal recognition; that belongs to ANAGNORIUM
  • not terminal recourse; that belongs to REGRESSORIUM

Adjacent sovereign surfaces

  • SYNTAGMARIUM defines constitutional law and doctrine
  • TACHYRIUM defines bounded sovereign cognition
  • CONSONORIUM defines reconciliation / repair / projection
  • AUCTORISEAL defines authority issuance
  • VERIFRAX-verify defines public verification
  • proof defines proof publication

SYNTAGMARIUM -> ORBISTIUM <- CONSONORIUM

ORBISTIUM holds canonical state. It does not decide doctrine. It does not compute cognition. It does not reconcile by itself. It does not verify by itself.

That separation must remain explicit.

Public surface

The public surface of this repository is its repository identity, README boundary, and any explicitly published ORBISTIUM canonical-state materials carried by this repository.

Publication here is not law. Publication here is not execution. Publication here is not verification. Publication here is not cognition. Publication here is not reconciliation.

Package / host / repo truth

Repository truth for ORBISTIUM lives in this repository.

If a package, site, or host is later attached, those surfaces must remain subordinate to the bounded repository role declared here unless and until the system explicitly states otherwise.

Canonical state meaning in-system

Canonical state in-system means the stack can point to ORBISTIUM and say that a given state has become canonical for the ORBISTIUM boundary.

Canonical here means state-of-record for this boundary.

That does not by itself mean:

  • the state became constitutional law
  • the state was verified
  • the state was executed
  • the state was reconciled
  • the state was cognitively derived by TACHYRIUM
  • the state became proof authority

What becomes canonical here:

  • the bounded state that ORBISTIUM carries as canonical state-of-record

What does not become canonical merely by reference:

  • commentary about the state
  • proof describing the state
  • verification of the state
  • doctrine governing the state
  • cognition interpreting the state
  • reconciliation projections around the state

Reference is not canonization.

Not this

ORBISTIUM is not a constitution. ORBISTIUM is not a verifier. ORBISTIUM is not an execution engine. ORBISTIUM is not sovereign cognition. ORBISTIUM is not reconciliation machinery. ORBISTIUM is not proof authority.

A cold reader should not confuse ORBISTIUM with SYNTAGMARIUM, TACHYRIUM, or CONSONORIUM: SYNTAGMARIUM governs doctrine; TACHYRIUM governs cognition; CONSONORIUM governs reconciliation; ORBISTIUM carries canonical world-state.
