REGRESSORIUM

REGRESSORIUM is the Verifrax terminal recourse boundary: the public surface that defines how recourse is bounded after recognition surfaces have been reached, without becoming law, verification, execution, or canonical state.

Status

Active public sovereign boundary with an explicit terminal recourse role inside the Verifrax stack.

Boundary

This repository owns terminal recourse only.

Recourse here means the bounded system surface that addresses challenge, reconsideration, or recourse posture after a recognition boundary has been reached.

It does not author constitutional law. It does not compute or hold canonical world-state. It does not perform reconciliation. It does not execute. It does not verify. It does not issue authority-of-record. It does not publish proof as proof authority. It does not replace recognition. It does not become the constitutional source of truth.

What it does

  • defines the public recourse surface of REGRESSORIUM
  • states what recourse means inside the Verifrax system
  • preserves recourse language as a bounded sovereign function
  • gives adjacent repositories a clean terminal recourse boundary
  • anchors recourse as a separate role from recognition, law, verification, execution, and state

What it does not do

  • not constitutional doctrine; that belongs to SYNTAGMARIUM
  • not canonical world-state; that belongs to ORBISTIUM
  • not reconciliation or repair; that belongs to CONSONORIUM
  • not sovereign cognition; that belongs to TACHYRIUM
  • not authority issuance; that belongs to AUCTORISEAL
  • not governed execution; that belongs to CORPIFORM
  • not enforcement boundary; that belongs to cicullis
  • not public verification; that belongs to VERIFRAX-verify
  • not proof publication; that belongs to proof
  • not intake; that belongs to apply
  • not terminal recognition; that belongs to ANAGNORIUM

Adjacent sovereign surfaces

  • ANAGNORIUM defines terminal recognition
  • SYNTAGMARIUM defines constitutional law and doctrine
  • ORBISTIUM defines canonical world-state
  • CONSONORIUM defines reconciliation / repair / projection
  • TACHYRIUM defines bounded sovereign cognition

REGRESSORIUM is paired most closely with ANAGNORIUM.

ANAGNORIUM recognizes. REGRESSORIUM handles recourse.

That separation must remain explicit.

Public surface

The public surface of this repository is its repository identity, README boundary, and any explicitly published REGRESSORIUM recourse materials carried by this repository.

Publication here is not law. Publication here is not execution. Publication here is not verification. Publication here is not canonical state. Publication here is not recognition itself.

Package / host / repo truth

Repository truth for REGRESSORIUM lives in this repository.

If a package, site, or host is later attached, those surfaces must remain subordinate to the bounded repository role declared here unless and until the system explicitly states otherwise.

Recourse meaning in-system

Recourse in-system means the stack can expose the bounded posture by which a recognized matter is challenged, reconsidered, or routed through terminal recourse handling inside the REGRESSORIUM boundary.

That does not by itself mean:

  • the matter became constitutional law
  • the matter became canonical world-state
  • the matter was verified
  • the matter was executed
  • the matter replaced recognition
  • the matter became proof authority

Recourse is bounded recourse handling, not total sovereignty.

Not this

REGRESSORIUM is not a court. REGRESSORIUM is not a verifier. REGRESSORIUM is not an execution engine. REGRESSORIUM is not the constitutional source of truth. REGRESSORIUM is not the canonical world-state ledger. REGRESSORIUM is not terminal recognition.

A cold reader should not confuse REGRESSORIUM with ANAGNORIUM: ANAGNORIUM recognizes; REGRESSORIUM addresses recourse.
