⚡ Bolt: Implement route-based code splitting

💡 What: Implemented React.lazy and Suspense for all page components in App.jsx.
🎯 Why: The entire application was being loaded in a single bundle, which negatively impacts First Contentful Paint (FCP) and initial load time.
📊 Impact: Significantly reduces initial bundle size. Pages are now loaded only when requested.
🔬 Measurement: Verified functionality using Playwright script (pages load correctly). Checked build output to confirm chunk generation.
