Restore dev branch's README.md to keep it separate
- Fix per-terminal button image settings to preserve individual terminal preferences when global 'Show Button Images' setting is changed - Add complete debit card fee tender types with tax handling support - Clean up credit card fee display labels by removing redundant '(Percent)' and '(Dollar)' text - Update changelog with detailed entries for all changes
- Updated Terminal::FormatPrice() calls in Check::MakeReport() to use sign=1 - Fixed missing dollar signs on individual menu items, modifiers, taxes, and payments - Maintains consistent currency formatting across guest check UI with Video target Default
- Changed subcheck display from '#1' to 'Check #1 - Open/Closed/Voided' - Added background highlighting for currently selected subcheck - Used dark blue text color for better visibility - Only shows enhanced display when multiple subchecks exist - Maintains backward compatibility for single subcheck scenarios
- Hide VAT .00 when calculated amount is zero in payment zone - Add non-blocking I/O to prevent USB printer hangs when unavailable - Update changelog with fix details
