The VirtoCommerce.Payment module was moved from GithubReleases (version 3.813.0) to the AzureBlob source, but its BlobName (VirtoCommerce.Payment_3.1000.0.zip) lacks the -pr-N-hash suffix that every other AzureBlob entry uses. This strongly suggests the blob reference is malformed and may point to a nonexistent artifact, which would cause the deployment to fail when resolving the module.
