Overview
Updates backend/packages.json to switch VirtoCommerce.DynamicAssociationsModule distribution from GithubReleases (previously Version: 3.812.0) to AzureBlob (now BlobName: VirtoCommerce.DynamicAssociationsModule_3.1000.0.zip).

Also includes minor JSON formatting/whitespace adjustments (including missing trailing newline).
