Remote Control Car Project

The preliminary ESP32 code for the RC Car project. More detailed description is in a comment header at the top of 'main.cpp'. This project was uploaded to an ESP32 microcontroller with PlatformIO (DOIT DEVKIT ESP32), no lib dependencies.
