docs: update WalletGuide submission page to match new dashboard UI

Summary

Updates the WalletGuide Submission page to reflect the current WalletConnect Dashboard UI and branding.

Text changes

• Creating a New Project: Updated navigation instructions (team view instead of "Projects under Cloud"), button labels ("Add" instead of "Create"), and removed outdated "WalletKit" label.
• Project Details: Updated to reference "WalletGuide" tab in top navigation and "Start submission" button (previously "Publish").
• Project Submission: Replaced the old single-form description and field table with a 4-step wizard flow (Describe project → Add wallet types → Add chains → Submit listing).
• New "Review Timeline" section: Added between "Project Submission" and "How do we test wallets?" with 7–10 business day review estimate and status tracking info.
• "What's Next?" section: Updated "Reown team" → "WalletConnect team" and "Explorer tab" → "WalletGuide tab". Added post-submission "In Review" screenshot.

• Verify screenshots match current dashboard UI: Visually confirm each screenshot (1.png–9.png, 11.png) corresponds to the correct wizard step and reflects the live dashboard at dashboard.walletconnect.com
• Check that no other pages reference the replaced 5.png: The old 5.png (submit form screenshot) was overwritten with the Step 1 wizard screenshot — verify no other .mdx files depend on the old image
• Preview the rendered page: Use the Mintlify preview deployment to confirm all screenshots render inline with their respective steps and the page layout looks correct
• Verify text matches button labels and flow: Walk through the actual submission wizard and confirm each step name, button label ("Continue", "+ Add", "Submit"), and field matches what's documented
