LCE SKINS + Downloadable Content

Downloadable content has been set up in the style of LCE, I tried to move the commits into their own branch but it relied on work done setting up community skin packs. I've added functionality for

• Custom made Skinpacks can be downloaded and installed properly
• Mashup support, templates properly link to the resource pack it downloaded with
• Texture packs that are downloaded make an album with their meta data so they properly appear in the style of lce
• Bundled download support so multiple packs can be triggered to download
• Global album download support so modpacks etc can use it
• The original behaviour of downloading to resource folder only remains

Skins Update 5

• added Pack options to skins . Skinpacks can be made in game using GUI, they can be given meta data / icon and reordered all within the change skin screen.
• made packs have a special import skin when selected it will open the file browser so skins up to 128x can be imported
• skins can be have their name / theme text / position edited in game, and character animations applied within gui
• Overhauled the Tu3 Screen and controls to better match lce

Update 4

• Removed Legacy Skins / Bedrock Skins integration
• new pose, "sync_legs"
