Fix: Removing the blog

Description

Removing the blog: Mid to Senior Engineer: Two strategies
Reasons:

1. Picture is not a good fit on the main page of the article, do you think we can search for something else?
2. First part of the article is from Irina's blog and the second part is from another blog.
3. Formatting is not properly done in some places.
   In order to not confuse readers, we have to remove this blog temporarily
