Description

  • adds a script that can be run locally to update mentor data with most recently confirmed availability/hours; sorts accordingly (guide)
  • adds a GHA workflow for more automation (workflow to be triggered, takes inputs for month and Google Drive file ID for the spreadsheet to use)
  • updated meetup GHA workflow to use a more generic secret name and token for all workflows auto-creating PRs
  • tokens to use have been added to secrets for the repo
  • updates README on how to use
