Cleanup Old Mentorship Pages / References

Description

• Remove all related pages, references, and data for old mentorship processes for consistency, has been replaced with new version via platform.
• Fix nav issue in current website (navigating to a page apart from Home/mentorship pages, and then clicking "Home" on navbar remains on the same page, does not go back to Home page)
• Remove general email in footer, updates contact emails for mentorship and general enquiries on about us page instead
