Bump to version 2.6

This PR prepares the bump to version 2.6 and updates the group id to the newly registered and verified one org.workflomics. Also, I added myself as developer.

Thank you @eladrion for the PR, as you have noticed, I don't have much time to spend on the project nowadays. I updated my contact info, and I would suggest updating the readme team and the following sections. I would suggest removing the team section, as it is quite dynamic to keep track of, and we have pom and .cff files for that. In addition, if Anna-Lena approves, I would suggest adding her email as the main point of contact instead of mine (or few people from the team, not sure how you want to handle that).

Hi @vedran-kasalica: After sorting out with Anna-Lena, she will be the main contact and refer to specific people on demand (depending on the topic). Also, I updated your contact information in the CITATION.cff and the README to reflect the group id change. And I tried to make sure that our information is still "backwards compatible", i.e. I retained information about releases, MVN and doc links for APE < 2.6.

Hi @vedran-kasalica, I now updated everything (SECURITY.md, README.md, CHANGELOG.md) and merged the remaining PRs for the upcoming release which includes skipping partial workflows and a more intense refactoring. The proposed changelog for the release can be found in CHANGELOG.md (I also added for completeness historical changes). I will then (probably tomorrow) do the following steps:

• merge this PR
• push the version to maven central
• update the maven URLs for the new release in the README.md
• release the new version
