Publishes the generated provider-neutral guest-wallet replay clarification as a patch release. All local repository gates passed, including coverage, branch coverage, race and Windows checks, vulnerability scanning, licensing, reproducible release checksums, and release debug-information checks. Supersedes the generator-managed major-version release candidate in #45.
