libs.versions.toml에 라이브러리를 정의하고, 이를 모든 피처 모듈에 적용되는 FeatureConventionPlugin의 기본 implementation 의존성으로 추가한다. 피처 모듈에서 Compose Stability 등을 위해 사용하는 불변 컬렉션을 공통적으로 제공하기 위함이다.
