Add paging and stuff

A lot has gone on here...

• Moved all the javascript and styling to main.js and styles.css respectively
• We've added a +1 icon to loves to give people an easy-way to pile on to loves other people have sent.
• We've added grouping of loves so that me/explore/values aren't swamped with the same loves over and over again (see LOVE_CLUSTERING_TIME_WINDOW_DAYS in config-example.py for how to tune)
• We've added support for paging on the /me page only (feels ok to stalk your own love, but odd to stalk other peoples)
• Added a message_emote feature whereby if someone says a particular string in a config file (see MESSAGE_EMOTES in config-example.py) we add the respective emoji on their profile pic.
