gm-cli resourcetool eval "resource list" does not list included files

if gm-cli resourcetool eval "resource list" is used then any included files are not listed

Steps

1. Have a project that has files in the included folder
2. open cmd and go to this project folder
3. run the command gm-cli resourcetool eval "resource list"
4. none of the included files are shown in the list
